FLEXIBILITY is important for everyone
- it will increase physical performance, because it will allow the joint's ability to move further with less energy
- it increases blood and nutrient supply to the joints (Stretching increases the temperature of the tissues, which increases transportation of nutrients and circulation)
- it will reduce muscle soreness and improve posture,
- it will decrease the risk of injury,
- it will decreasing resistance in muscle tissue during an activity,
- it will also reduce degeneration of the joints,Since stretching helps to relax the mind and the body (muscles), it will also reduce lower back pain,
